General Information:
The Child and Family Treatment Center provides comprehensive
behavioral health services to infants, children, adolescents
(i.e., ages 0 to 18) and their families, in a variety of settings.
Our goal is to assist children to be emotionally and developmentally
prepared so they can be successful in their school and home
environments.
Available services:
- Individual and Family Counseling
- Infant/parent assessment and treatment (May be home-based)
- Adult counseling/therapy associated with a child’s
treatment
- Medical/psychiatric assessment and services
- Psychological evaluations for children 3 to 18 years
of age
Admission Criteria:
- History of emotional, physical or sexual abuse
- Grief/Loss concerns
- Academic difficulties
- Family problems
- Adolescent problems
- Attachment difficulties between infant and caregiver
- Behavior difficulties in school, daycare and/or the home
- Divorce
- Adjustment to foster care, adoptive home, out of home
placement
- Depression/sadness
- Anxiety/nervousness
- Bedwetting/soiling
Additional Information: We also
provide consultation and training for other professionals
around infant/parent mental health needs.
