General Information:
Court Clinic is one of eleven certified Forensic Centers
in the State of Ohio that provides evaluations for the criminal
courts of Hamilton and Clermont Counties. Court Clinic also
provides Court Liaison services to the Hamilton County Criminal
Courts.
Available Services:
The Court Clinic’s Treatment Unit provides mental
health services to Hamilton County residents. Treatment services:
- Alternative Interventions for Women (a continuum
of services for women in the criminal justice system with
co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders)
- Individual Counseling/Psychotherapy
- Competency Restoration
- Anger Management and other Treatment Groups
- Medical/Somatic Services
- Community Support Provider Services
Admission Criteria:
For Court/Probation Department evaluation services:
- 18 years of age or bond over to Adult Court, a resident
of Hamilton or Clermont Counties and be referred from the
Courts or the Hamilton County Probation Department.
For treatment services:
- 18 years of age, involvement with the Court systems we
serve, and a resident of Hamilton County;
- A presenting mental health and/or substance abuse problem;
- Treatment services may be requested by an individual,
parent or guardian, may be court-ordered, or may be a condition
of bail or probation;
- Co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorder
for Alternative Interventions for Women program
