Central Clinic maintains a strong commitment to identify,
measure and report outcomes for each of the services it provides.
Performance targets, both clinical and administrative, are
set each year for each activity and service. Databases are
established to allow ongoing monitoring of these performance
indicators, the results of which are then communicated to
the Clinic Board, consumers and to funding organizations.
Administrators, program planners, and the agency CEO use the
Quality Improvement process to drive change and demonstrate
efffectiveness.
